To be brave is to; do what you're afraid to do, not being afraid of who you are, waking up each morning to face the same demons as yesterday, living authentically, walking towards fulfillment despite what you may leave behind, surviving, asking for help, helping a stranger, etc.

There are many different ways to define what it means to be brave, because each of us is brave in our own unique way.

This spring Beyond Fit is inviting you to celebrate yourself and others who have walked bravely in the face of fear. We invite you to share your story and embrace the untold stories from within our community.

We're donating a portion of the proceeds from this event to The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people under 25. The Trevor Project was founded in 1998 by the creators of the Academy Award®-winning short film TREVOR, and since then, hundreds of thousands of young people in crisis have reached out to The Trevor Project’s multiple in-person and online life-saving resources, including 24-hour mental health hotline, webchat, and text message services.
