Mr. Vikas Jain is Chairman & Managing Director of South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited (SWPE), a Rs 400 crore NSE listed Integrated Service Provider into end-to-end Drilling & exploration of Natural resources (Coal, Ferrous, Non-Ferrous & Atomic Minerals and Convention & Un-conventional Oil & Gas).
Vikas, along with his brother Piyush Jain (a Yi Gurugram member) took the decision to take their business to the public, with an IPO in 2018 – initially on the NSE ‘Emerge’ platform and migrating to the main board of NSE after about a year.
Vikas and Piyush will talk to us about their journey into creating this business from scratch, and the thought process behind deciding to take the Company to the public. They will also talk about the nuances of an IPO process, what it entails, and their first hand experience with the Indian capital markets. They will also talk about how they have lived upto the aspirations of shareholders post IPO by getting into different forays of Exploration , international footprints besides entering into commercial Mining and growing the company organically thus enhancing their wealth many folds .
