Participants learn in community through a focused series of sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals.
Along the way, participants build relationships with peers, prime firms, public agencies, and expert instructors who understand what it takes to win and perform on major projects.
