These sessions will be offered in a blended format and will include in person and virtual sessions. The dates for the full series are below. When you register, you are registering for the full series. Being present is an important aspect to growth, therefore it is imperative that participants attend in the manner assigned below. We ask that you attend all the scheduled times below. It is also foreseeable that events occur that prevent folks from being present, for this reason three absences are accepted.
This cohort is an opportunity for individuals outside of the formal leaders’ group to engage in introductory leadership self-analysis. It is designed for Black and Brown folks wishing to explore opportunities for leadership and provides space for reflection, activities, and experiences. This is not a space to discuss strategy, methodology and/or analysis of any leadership practice. The aim of this group is to fortify the foundation of one’s leadership practice to clarify personal gifts and gaps to leadership. No leadership experience is required for participation.

Your Facilitators
Kitty Miller, Chief Administrative Officer, LCSW and Professional Coach (she/her/hers)
I am recognized as an inspirational executive coach, thought-leader, collaborator, and facilitator especially skilled in building authentic relationships and trust with a wide variety of stakeholders and mobilizing those connections toward transformational change.
I began my Home Forward career in 2010 as the Talent and Organizational Development Program Manager. I then moved into operations as the Assist Director of Resident Services and then Director of Community Services, before becoming the Chief Administrative Officer in July of 2017.
During my time as the CAO, I have been a champion of organizational culture and transformation. As a big picture thinker, strategic connector, collaborator, and advocate I provide the vision and roadmap for growth and development of organizational talent, leadership, and strategic priorities. Examples include dismantling and re-imaging the HR function, including Talent and Organizational Learning, Black, brown, and non-black women’s leadership development, anti-racist learning for supervisors, managers and senior leaders and the co-creation of remote work with employees at all levels of the organization.
I can show you a better way to thrive through transition. My background and earned expertise provide you with the infrastructure and accountability you need for sustained growth and development.
