Hi all, I’m Alex Eisengart, birder and photographer from Cleveland, Ohio. I've been birding and taking photos since I was 12 years old. I spend a lot of time birding with my dad, whom, before I got my drivers license, would drive me around to all of my birding spots. However, from ages 12 to 15, I spent a lot of time birding by bike! So, I’ve gotten really good at birding near me. Because, well, that’s what I’ve been doing for a long time! I’ll be the first to admit that birding on a trip is a great experience, but there’s nothing better than seeing tons of interesting birds within a short drive of your house, or even in your own backyard!
