In these volatile times the need to better evaluate a new hire candidate and identify red flags in phrasing, word choice, verbal and nonverbal behavioral signals to identify problem areas is more critical than ever. BIA’s techniques for behavioral analysis and strategic interviewing have never been more important to determine the reliability of information being conveyed. This course is delivered over two days with a 1-hour break from virtual content each day.
- Modules I and II: June 11 @ 10:00am - 2:00 pm ET
- Module III and IV: June 12 @ 10:00am - 2:00 pm ET
BIA’s foundational training, Better Candidate Interviewing and Evaluation, is for HR professionals and others involved in the hiring process. This training will improve the long-term success of the hiring process by providing skills that enable interviewers to identify behavioral indicators to flag candidates as presenting potential organizational risk earlier in the process. Participants will also receive training in how to develop effective interview strategies that target key competencies and facilitate a candidate’s willingness to share more complete and accurate information. Other applications include exploring employee performance, complaints, compliance, and internal investigations more effectively, without creating a culture of mistrust. Additionally, the process by which hiring decisions are made will be improved by enhancing objectivity and consistency to confidently reach a group consensus.
The session will be delivered over two days in four 90-minute modules by BIA behavior assessment Experts with decades of experience in national intelligence and interviewing expertise. Space is limited so reserve your spot now!
