BIA Tactical Behavior Assessment® Refresher

This fun review uses video clips, real examples and discussion to reinforce BIA’s proprietary TBA methodology. The live behavior assessment practice allows participants to gain a deeper understanding of the psychology behind how and why people disclose information. The content is 1.5 hours in length.
