In these volatile times the need to better assess a company's position and identify red flags in phrasing, word choice, verbal and nonverbal behavioral signals to identify problem areas is more critical than ever. BIA’s techniques for behavioral analysis and strategic interviewing have never been more important to determine the reliability of information being conveyed. Part 1 of this course - Evaluating Information is delivered virtually for undergraduate interns from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT on July 16th. Note there will be a short break midway through the content.
Module 1 for Undergraduate Interns - Evaluating Information: Veracity and the Tactical Behavior Assessment® Model: July 16 @ 9:00am - 12:00pm EDT
In interviews with management teams, executives, stakeholders, managers and other interviewees, the parties’ interests are rarely completely aligned and management has a distinct information advantage over investors. The Evaluating Information module addresses this information asymmetry by:
- Introducing participants to the Tactical Behavioral Assessment® model
- Providing a framework to recognize and evaluate the verbal and non- verbal BIA Indicators indicative of less than full disclosure
- Building awareness to use this behavior assessment model to determine a spectrum of issues, from lack of candor to lack of confidence
Business Intelligence Advisors' foundational training, Strategic Information Collection, focuses on the two interrelated core methodologies of Evaluating Information and Strategic Interviewing. BIA's groundbreaking Tactical Behavior Assessment® (TBA™) techniques were conceived in the national intelligence community and over the past 21 years have enabled investment professionals to gather more responsive and reliable information – and ultimately increase transparency, reduce risk and improve their investment decision-making. The session will be delivered by BIA behavior assessment Experts with decades of experience in national intelligence and interviewing expertise. Space is limited so reserve your spot now!
