This session will be delivered virtually by BIA Experts with decades of interviewing expertise offering best practices and actionable takeaways.
Effective Interviewing in Asia
Experts with years of experience in international interviewing will share techniques to maximize the effectiveness of interviews in Asia. Participants will learn how cultural differences must be considered in developing effective question strategies and techniques to facilitate disclosure. Guidelines about communication differences and BIA’s two specific interview strategies can be implemented directly or through interpreters. The content is 1.5hrs in length.
