Buses leave Alona hotel M&D’s 5am
Stopping at Ballachulish for a pee/shop break (30 mins from start point)
Start getting ready try eat more so your fuelled ready to go
Walking for 9am at the latest, if driving up urself plan leaving times to suit

Once off the Ben a dip (wash) in the River Nevis which is rite at the restaurant/pub we start walking from
Food & a few beers before bus heads home at 8pm, Bus should be back around 11pm at the Alona
Have a walking bag for carrying up the hill and a separate bag with change of clothes etc for the bottom and a few drinks for the bus
I’ll eat before i go on the bus and when at Ballachulish plus will have some food in my hill bag
What to wear is dependent on the weather, I usually wear a kilt & tshirt,appropriate footwear but always have jumpers,gloves,Tammies all in my hill bag (better to have and not need than need and not have)
If walking the tourist path you cross over a waterfall which is halfway up the mountain and you want to have reached this for 12-12:30pm to manage summit & back to the bottom before bus leaves at 8pm
