Bare Yoga is back again with Hip Hop Flow.

We will be completing a power vinyasa flow sequence to the tunes of some of our favorite hip hop artists (Lauren Hill, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper and Childish Gambino amongst others).

The exact location will be given once you purchase your ticket.

We have a new studio that we will be using this time.  Please do not come super early but BE ON TIME.  Doors open at 1:15, class starts at 1:30 promptly.  A member of BE staff will be on hand to show you where our room in the studio is.

PLEASE do NOT ask the studio staff where our class is.  We will direct you to the exact room.  

We will greet you downstairs.

Please bring water bottles.

Mats included.
