- Loaded Bruschetta: Bruschetta brushed with olive oil, toasted, and topped with ricotta and seasonal oven-roasted vegetables.
- Mediterranean Bruschetta: Oven-charred peppers, capers, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil, with an optional anchovy topping.
Main Course:
- Marco’s Chimichurri: Learn to prepare a traditional Uruguayan chimichurri sauce from scratch.
- Flagged Sirloin Fillet: Sirloin fillet steak served on wild rocket and tomatoes, topped with mozzarella and homemade chimichurri.
- Tribute Burger: A homemade beef burger with pistachio pesto, lime and sriracha mayo, Red Leicester cheese, and a pancetta-wrapped jalapeño popper.
