This masterclass is your opportunity to learn Marco's signature techniques and recipes in a fun, interactive environment. From making the perfect pizza dough to creating mouthwatering main courses and desserts, you'll leave inspired to bring wood-fired cooking into your own home.

Masterclass Menu

On Arrival:

  • Loaded Bruschetta: Bruschetta brushed with olive oil, toasted, and topped with ricotta and seasonal oven-roasted vegetables.
  • Mediterranean Bruschetta: Oven-charred peppers, capers, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil, with an optional anchovy topping.

Main Course:

  • Marco’s Chimichurri: Learn to prepare a traditional Uruguayan chimichurri sauce from scratch.
  • Flagged Sirloin Fillet: Sirloin fillet steak served on wild rocket and tomatoes, topped with mozzarella and homemade chimichurri.
  • Tribute Burger: A homemade beef burger with pistachio pesto, lime and sriracha mayo, Red Leicester cheese, and a pancetta-wrapped jalapeño popper.

Pizza Station:

  • Tear-and-Share Doughballs: Freshly baked doughballs.
  • Interactive Pizza Station: Get creative with a selection of fresh, seasonal ingredients to make your personalized pizza.

Dessert:
