🚴‍♂️ Braveheart Cycling Weekend – Coastal Adventure 🌊
We’re putting together an incredible cycling weekend and you’re invited to join us!
The plan is simple – great rides, great company, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with no pressure on pace or times.
Day 1 – Saturday 2nd May
We’ll leave Braveheart (time to be confirmed) and make our way to the ferry crossing to Larne. Once we arrive, we’ll hit a stunning 50-mile coastal route, taking in some of the most scenic views Northern Ireland has to offer.
We’ll stop off in the beautiful village of Cushendall before continuing on to Ballycastle.
Once there, we’ll check into the caravan site (with a swimming pool 👌), where you can relax, maybe enjoy a swim, and then head out for some food and a well-earned beer.
Day 2 – Sunday 3rd May
Another incredible day on the bike as we tackle more of the famous coastal route. Highlights include:
- Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge
- The Giant’s Causeway
- Optional loop with a challenging climb to an amazing viewpoint (weather dependent), with views stretching back across to Scotland
We’ll finish back in Ballycastle for another relaxed evening – good food, good company, and a few drinks.
Day 3 – Monday 4th May
We’ll complete the weekend with the return 50-mile ride back through Cushendall to Larne, catching the ferry home to Scotland.
The Vibe
This is all about enjoying the ride – three days of roughly 50 miles each day, at a social pace. No pressure, no racing – just a brilliant weekend of cycling, fitness, and networking with like-minded people.
If you fancy a weekend of adventure, laughs, and unforgettable views, get yourself involved 🚴‍♀️🔥
