Back on Track explores the responsibility of all leaders to take on the role of coach and champion for their direct reports by setting clear expectations and holding people accountable for meeting those expectations. This proactive approach to changing behavior sets very clear expectations and gives the employee full autonomy to decide if they want to follow a path to a productive relationship or continue down a path that results in them leaving the company. Our goal, even when they enter this stage, is to guide the employee back on track.
