B2B ELITE EDGES - ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
Join B2B Athletics team at NoCo Ice Center this summer for an intensive training experience for all levels! This all-encompassing curriculum, designed by PSA-rated coaches with backgrounds in TRX, Strength Training and Power offers an extensive cross-training regimen.
For an athlete to achieve excellence on the ice, he or she must be strong in both the upper and lower extremities as well as the core, have exceptional balance, be flexible, possess explosive power and be well-rounded to make it all look effortless. Incorporating training sessions both on and off the ice accelerates a skater's progress and helps prevent injuries. B2B Athletics has designed an exciting summer camp to encompass all aspects of a skater’s training from first steps to elite competitors!
