Tickets for live and online events are non-refundable, with exceptions of event cancellation, or re-scheduling by Organizer, or if ticket holder applies for refund prior the event date. Tickets for events are transferable to another individual or resalable at the discretion of the ticket holder. Online ticket transfers can be facilitated free of charge if you contact us the day prior the event date. In exceptional circumstances of non-show to live event due to a force majeure, or health conditions you may apply for a ticket exchange, or refund, providing a brief explanation and supporting evidence to your case, we accept such application within 5 days following the event date. No refund or exchanges offered for Online ticket holders who didn’t apply for ticket cancellation before the event date, failed to log in, or participate within the extended access period provided on all of our Online events.
Bilietai i gyvai ir internetu vykstancius renginius negražinami, isskyrus atvejus, kai renginys atsaukiamas, organizatorius pakeicia renginio data arba jei bilieto savininkas prašo gražinti pinigus iki renginio datos. Bilietai i gyvai vykstancius renginius gali buti perleidžiami kitam asmeniui arba perparduodami bilieto turetojo nuoziura. Bilieto perdavimas gali buti atliktas internetu nemokamai, jei su mumis susisieksite likus dienai iki renginio pradžios. Išskirtinemis aplinkybemis, kai del force majeure aplinkybiu arba sveikatos bukles negalejote dalyvauti renginyje gyvai, galite kreiptis del bilieto keitimo arba pinigu gražinimo, pateikdami trumpa paaiskinima ir priezasti patvirtinancius irodymus. Tokius prašymus priimame per 5 dienas nuo renginio datos. Bilieto i internetu transliuojamus renginius turetojams, kurie iki renginio dienos nepateike prašymo atšaukti bilieta, neprisijunge ar neperziurejo renginio vaizdo irašo per pratesta prieigos laikotarpi, numatyta visuose musu internetiniuose renginiuose, pinigai negražinami ir bilietai nekeiciami.
