AUCC Coaching Excellence Session
"Breaking the 'Rules' of Coaching"
You worked hard (and perhaps still do) to master the 'Rules' of coaching, such as being non-judgmental, asking mostly open questions, avoiding to give advice, etc. And while it's generally a good idea to follow these rules, there might be sometimes situations where you'd serve your client even better by consciously breaking some rules.
In this interactive sessions, Charlie Lang, one of the pioneers of Executive Coaching in Asia will discuss what kind of situations might be appropriate for rule-breaking and what to pay attention to when doing so.
Who should join?
