ICF's PCC Markers 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 indirectly refer to the requirement of challenging the coachee. In our view, one of the key differentiators between a ACC and PCC coach is this requirement. As an ACC coach you can pass the performance evaluation without being challenging, for PCC it's a requirement.

So the question is: how can we actually demonstrate and practice that?
