Some leaders have a strong desire to ask questions and explore new ideas (Curiosity) while also applying thoughtful analysis and critical thinking (Insightfulness) to make sense of the information gathered. This helps them stay open-minded and genuinely interested in others’ perspectives, while ensuring that their questions lead to meaningful insights and practical understanding.

Some others have a strong desire to speak up and express their views and opinions on others. With the confidence with which they speak, they tend to influence others with their views.
