ASQ Section 509 invites you to join us in recognizing our new members and the Member Leader volunteers who have all contributed to the success of the section this year. Please join us to celebrate with dinner, a brief awards ceremony, door prizes and gifts to all members!!!

REGISTRATION:

Dinner is FREE for Members + One Guest.  Dinner is only $15 for all other guests.

A free presentation only registration is also available.

 

 

All registrants after Friday December 7, 2018 are responsible for individual ordering and payment for food and drinks.

Cancellation policy

To cover the expense of reimbursement, ASQ509 charges $10 for cancellations.
