The PMI-PMP Prep Course is ideal for those who would like to prepare in a short amount of time, and offers an evenly paced review of the knowledge areas defined in the PMI Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Fifth Edition. This training also satisfies the 35 Contact Hours of Project Management Education eligibility criteria for taking the PMP Certification Examination.

The course is intended for experienced project management practitioners who would like to adequately prepare for the PMP certification exam. Following the program and taking advantage of additional time between classes to study the materials will give you the added confidence you need to take the exam.

You Will Learn How To:
• Prepare to pass the PMP exam while completing the required 35 contact hours/PDUs
• Navigate PMBOK Guide process groups and knowledge areas
• Analyze the tools and techniques of the PMBOK Guide processes
• Align your knowledge with PMBOK Guide Fifth Edition
• Create a self-study plan to focus your efforts on your exam date
