Key Take Away:

This webinar will discuss how, by including behavioral based safety program into your existing system, the employer can observe and correct at risk behavior through a minimally confrontational approach.

Overview:

Many workplace accidents are attributed to behavioral -based factors, such as not wearing the proper PPE or not observing good housekeeping. The injuries that result from such behavior cost the employer thousands of dollars through loss of time accidents, poor production, and OSHA fines and penalties.

A tool for creating a “bottom-up” system of employee driven safety culture workplace is the behavioral based safety system (BBS). This system is built to complement your other work efforts such as the job hazard analysis, safety audits, and a comprehensive safety training program.
