Our Conference Host & 'Session II' Speaker:

Pastor Voltaire Pearce is the Founder & Senior Pastor of  Abiding Presence Int’l Ministries, Inc. in Vero Beach, FL., where he has served faithfully since it’s conception, in the year of our Lord, 1999. He is the 15th child, (of 17) entrusted to the lives of Pastor, Rev. Dr. Jim B. & (the late) Prophetess Jannie P. Pearce. Called to preach at age 19, God’s servant has devoted his life to God, lovely wife Barbara, family, and the Ministry of The Lord  Jesus Christ.

Our Featured Conference Speaker:

Bishop Anthony Hatcher is the Apostle and Overseer of the Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral and The Faith Life Covenant Ministries International in Rockledge, FL. His wife, Pastor Charlene Hatcher is Co-Pastor. He is known as a premier leader in establishing churches by utilizing the powerful medium of apostolic authority.He is a multi-faceted leader reaching all aspects of the community.  His multi-gifts have caused him to be sought after by diverse leaders from all different ethnic backgrounds to address religious, business, political, civic and educational issues. 

Bishop Hatcher has a Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies (BA), Masters in Christian Counseling (MA), Doctorate of Christian Education (D.Edu), and Doctorate of Divinity (DD).  He is listed in the Biographical publication of Who’s Who in America Universities of Colleges. One of Bishop’s big accomplishments was graduating with his Ph.D. in Doctorate of Religious Studies from Tabernacle Bible College.  Thereafter, Bishop was named President of Faith Life Christian University. Bishop has extended the reach of the Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral by being a spiritual covering and Father of Faith for numerous churches throughout Europe, this United States of America and Third World Countries. He is committed to preaching and teaching a relevant word based on biblical principles in the most precise and profound form of sound doctrine so that every individual will be able to apply wisdom to achieve victory in their time of crisis.  Bishop Anthony Hatcher has a heart for lost souls being added into the Body of Christ.  The Lord has shined His grace and favor upon Bishop Hatcher as you will witness through the ministry God will release through this powerful man of God.

Conference Night Guest Speaker:

Prophetess Servola Frazier is a prophet of God. Ordained by the Late Bishop George Lee, III and Bishop Anthony Hatcher on September 28, 1998. As a Pastor’s child Prophetess Servola has been in church most of her life.  She received the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 13.  Prophetess Servola has been in ministry for 18 years.

Currently, she shares in ministry with her husband Pastor George Frazier, at the Total Life Family Worship Center, known as the Training Center in Orlando, FL, where they Teach, Train, and Transform!” the lives of people. Prophetess Servola has a passion for the people of God to hear the voice of God. She believes in activating the prophetic realm over the children of God’s lives to equip them to be not just hearers, but doers of the Word. Prophetess Servola is a psalmist and believes in releasing the presence of God through Praise and Worship. Having led Praise and Worship for over 15 years she has a passion for setting the atmosphere for the presence of God. 

She launched Women-CAMP in 2013 as a tool to allow the women of God to become Courageous, Anointed, Mighty, and Powerful vessels for the Kingdom of God. Prophetess Servola is an author and has released her book “Fearless: Discovering the  Power to Overcome Life’s Challenges      (2016).       

'Session I' Guest Speaker:

Prophetess Carolyn Woulard attends MCC in Melbourne, FL. She graduated from Vero Beach High School. She accepted the Lord during a revival Davis Temple in 1976. She is a native of Vero Beach. She has previously served as YPWW secretary, Sunday school teacher, Ladies Ministries President, and Administrative Asst. to the Pastor’s Wife.

She is a 1982 graduate of the Ministerial Internship Program (MIP).  After completing the MIP Program, she and her husband pastured the Fourth Avenue Church of God, Gainesville, FL for 3 yrs. before returning to their home in Melbourne, where they attend Power of God Empowerment Ministries (POGEM).

She earned a Bachelors of Art Degree with honors in Public Administration from Barry University. At Webster University, she earned a Masters of Art (MA) in Management and Leadership and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.

She enjoys searching the scriptures, because in her words, “the more I search the word, the more I get to know the Lord.” She has a deep passion for expository preaching, teaching, and training God’s people to be all that the Lord has ordained them to be.
