The participatory workshop will be face to face and led by Dan Kilvington (Leeds Beckett University) and Jim Lusted (Open University). They're both working on a project, funded by the Premier League, focusing on inclusive coaching practice, with close attention being paid to race/ethnicity and religion.
Their aim is to design educational resources aimed at academy coaches to ensure that inclusive coaching practice is front and centre. Your insight, expertise and experience is needed to ensure that these resources have the most impact. The workshop will be interactive and by the end of the session, we will together have co-designed the resources and considered ways to incentivise this pedagogy across the workforce.
