As you've heard, eAssist Summit 2022: Building Trust is being held in San Antonio, TX from July 13th-16th! We will be staying at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter.

Thurs, July 14th & Friday, July 15th:
Summit presentations will be held all day long
Breakfast will be provided both days
Lunch is on your own (the hotel is located next to a mall and there are several restaurants nearby along the River Walk)
The awards banquet will be held Friday night and dinner is provided that night. Thursday dinner is on your own.

Your costs
You can choose a shared room (with another eAssister) for $150 or a private room for $300.
This covers the cost of the hotel all 3 nights. If you want to share a room and have a specific roommate in mind, it will give you the option at check out to designate that person. If you want a private room, it will ask you to designate either a 1 king bed or a 2 queen bed room.
You are responsible for all transportation costs (flight, parking at the airport, travel to/from the hotel).
If you live nearby or want to find your own hotel, there is an option for that at $100. This includes everything but the hotel.
You are responsible for the cost of your dinner on Wednesday and Thursday and lunches on Thursday and Friday.
You can decide to stay longer or get there earlier and only pay the group rate of $219/night plus taxes. I don't need this info now. Once the hotel has confirmed how they want this done, I will let you all know.
FAQs
Can my spouse/significant other/family come?
Absolutely! Just choose a private room when you register. Your spouse/significant other can join us at the awards banquet. The rest of Summit is just for you. If we have extra tickets available to the awards banquet once everyone has registered, we can offer you more than 1 ticket.
What is the itinerary:
That is still being defined. As soon as it's ready for release, we'll send it out to you and also have a printed version for those in attendance. But plan for all day Thursday and Friday!
When should I fly/drive in?
Please arrive on Wednesday. The hotel check in time is 4pm. We will have a check in table set up for Summit from 4pm to 7pm.
Who are the presenters/speakers at Summit:
These details are being finalized and will be announced as soon as possible. There will be a mixture of external and internal speakers. Will there be a virtual option for Summit:
Yes! All presentations will be broadcasted via Zoom and recorded for future viewing. There's no cost to you for this. We are offering Virtual attendees the option to purchase a Summit Swag bag!
What are the space limitations:
So this year we do not have the Covid spacing limitations like we experienced last year. When you sign a contract with a hotel for a conference, you do have to set some limitations so they know how many people to expect. eAssist has only reserved 145 rooms and we can accommodate up to 200 people at the actual event. Once the hotel rooms have been filled, the only option to attend Summit will be the $100, choose your own hotel accommodations. I know that 145 rooms and 200 people doesn't sound like a lot, but we have never exceeded that capacity before. However, we really hope this year sets the record!
