After the resounding success of the spring lecture series, the Nashville Historical Foundation is pleased to host the the Ann Roberts Lecture Series on Mid-Century Architecture again this fall. Due to the critical importance of modern architectural design in the decades after the Second World War, members of the NHF board will present a series of three lectures on the topic of modernism and how it was manifested in Nashville.
Each lecture will take place at the Fort Negley Visitor Center, 1100 Fort Negley Blvd. Free parking is available on site.
Part Two of the Lecture Series will take place on October 30: Mid-Century Modernist Architects Practicing in Nashville, presented by Kem Hinton.
