This session will provide new starters with a demonstration and overview of the processes for inputting data into the PL Foundation Salesforce Portal. The session will also include guidance on the training resources available to support them.

- Understand the core processes required to use the PL Foundation Salesforce Portal effectively
- Access and make use of the training resources available within the PL Foundation Salesforce Portal
- Identify the correct procedure for submitting support requests or queries to the PL Foundation Salesforce Team
Who: New starters at a football club charity that will be involved with the inputting of delivery data on Salesforce, or anyone new to data imputing on Salesforce.
