Volunteer attorneys from Lone Star Legal Aid will cover the necessity for Wills and other Estate Planning Documents such as Guardianship for you and your children, Statutory Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, The Directive to Physicians and Family, Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) instructions, Personal and Financial Advance Planning, state law and how it affects Legal Advanced Planning and much more.

 

 

All workshops are offered thanks to the commitment of volunteer professionals in the community like our presenting AMOS partner with Lone Star Legal Aid.
