These questions and many more will be addressed during this workshop. This bankruptcy overview will provide individuals who may be considering filing a bankruptcy petition with a basic explanation of the different chapters under which a bankruptcy case may be filed and answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about the bankruptcy process. 

All workshops are offered thanks to the commitment of volunteer professionals in the community like our presenting AMOS partner with Lone Star Legal Aid.
