The Allegheny County Jail is testing for the position of Full-Time Correctional Officer. As an eligible candidate, you are required to choose a test date/time. The examination is designed to measure some of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the duties of the Correctional Officer position. Content areas include:
Inductive reasoning
Deductive reasoning
Reading comprehension
Counting accuracy
Applicants who pass the written examination will take the Physical Agility Exam on Wednesday, May 29th or Thursday, May 30th.
