Join us in-person for the Q3 All Staff Meeting – September 9 - 10, 2024. Please read complete details below let me know if you should have any questions. This invitation is for All ALHI Staff.
**We will not host any pre or post sites during the Q3-24 All Staff Meeting.**

Monday, September 9
3P Arrivals/check-in
3:50 – 5:30P Peppermill site
5:35 – 7P All Staff Meeting
7 – 9P Dinner/Reception
Tuesday, September 10
6 - 7A Early morning activity (optional)
7:30 – 8:45A Breakfast (on a flow)
8:15 – 8:45A Global Sales Associate (only) Meeting
9A – 12:30P All Staff Meeting, general session

Notes:
· PLEASE REVIEW all details below before booking air travel.
· Meeting is not mandatory, a virtual component will not be offered
· Company will cover 1-night stay (09.09), airfare & rideshare to/from hotel
· Peppermill pre/post rates –
- $200/night is the rate being offered up to three nights prior
- For those coming in early, The Great Reno Balloon Race will take place on Sunday (9.08 morning). If interested, free shuttle will be available from Peppermill
- This opportunity will only be offered to those staying at Peppermill pre meeting
- $120/night is the rate offered Tuesday – Thursday
- All expenses associated with pre or post arrivals will be on own
· Margaritaville Lake Tahoe is also providing PRE meeting rates; you’ll be asked to submit a SEPARATE registration if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
· Meeting agenda will be provided prior to meeting
· Room upgrades are on own
· Important to note, similar with previous staff meetings, we continue to be cautious with spend, please keep that in mind
· Dress code:
· Monday – professional business casual (jeans okay)
· Tuesday morning – business casual for meeting
· Airport to hotel is very close, we still ask you rideshare together to save on cost
· We ask you share the transfer with those arriving/departing close to your flights, more to come here
· Local residents who plan to drive, please ensure the cost of air travel is more than the milage/tolls/parking/etc.

· Sales Leadership Meeting is scheduled, those attending have received detailed information.
