AI-Native Foundations Training is a two-day, hands-on course for all knowledge workers who want to understand how artificial intelligence is changing their work—and how they can actively shape this change. AI is not a future project—it has long been part of our everyday lives.

That's why this training doesn't focus on big strategies or central initiatives, but on what each individual can achieve in their own work context.

The true potential of AI unfolds when people begin to intelligently question and rethink their daily tasks, decisions, and routines. Instead of just writing prompts or testing tools, participants learn to understand AI as a thinking and learning partner – and to systematically integrate it into their work.

As part of the training, they develop an AI agent: a practical learning object that allows them to experience and understand the interplay of data, tools, language, and context for themselves. Guided by our seven AI-native success factors, participants learn how AI can be used responsibly, safely, and with real added value in the company—bottom-up, pragmatically, and humanely.

After the two days, participants will have:

  • A solid understanding of key AI concepts, opportunities, and risks.
  • A generic AI agent prototype as an illustrative and educational example.
  • A playbook for safe and compliant AI deployment.
  • A 30-60-90-day action plan for testing AI in a targeted and sustainable way in your everyday life.
  • The goal: Not just understanding AI—but thinking, acting, and achieving results in an AI-native way.
  • Because the future of work is not created by technology alone—but by people who use it courageously and wisely.
