Aikido is a dynamic, powerful and graceful martial art founded in the early 20th century by Morihei Ueshiba.
Training emphasizes decisive techniques of:
1. defence (throws, joint-locks strikes and immobilisations)
2. traditional weapons training (long sword, staff and knife)
These are practiced within the framework of a philosophy that seeks to avoid harming others whenever possible.
*Course is open to both adults and children.

Date: Every Sun
Time: 4pm - 5pm (Kids), 5pm - 6pm (Adults)
Fees (per term): $135 (SAFRA Member), $162 (Guest)
*Fees are inclusive of 7% GST
