What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Hotel parking will be free for conference attendees at the venue hotel - based on availability (first 300 vehicles) There is enough cheap paid parking just around the Hotel.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, it is totally fine to purchase a ticket for a friend or just give it away if you find out at the last moment that you can't come to a conference. Special tickets (from raffles and promotions) are not transferrable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need:) We just need your name to be in our system :)
What is the refund policy?
Up to 30 days prior to the event – 100% Refund
30-14 days prior to the event – 50% Refund
No refund will be offered later than that.
In case of canceling or postponing the event by EventHandler - 100% Refund
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
You can change the name on the ticket after the order, so in case you transfer your ticket to a friend, it is better to change the name for the order, to avoid unnecessary delays at check-in.
