Paige Patterson
"What I Did For Love"
Paige Patterson - vocals
Paige has performed in NYC at the Apollo Theatre, Society For Ethical Culture, Metropolitan Room, Don't Tell Mamma's, and the University Club, just to name a few. Moreover, New York State awarded her a grant for her musical endeavors. On Long Island, she opened for Marilyn McCoo, at the behest of the Tilles Center. She was a staple at the Cinema Arts, Carltun, and Treme. Huntington Arts Council awarded her a concert on the Harry Chapin Stage in Hecksher Park. Additionally, she has performed for The Greater Port Jefferson Arts Council.
Most importantly, her concert's mission statement is to revive one's memories of a bygone era and restore one's faith in the power of music. Moreover, her performances are audience driven. With one goal in mind, never singing "at" the audience but singing "to", and always with "Pure Joy"!
Stuart Waters - piano
Stuart Waters is an accomplished pianist and vocalist, classically trained in piano at the Julliard Prep School. Stuart started performing professionally at age 13 when he became involved in jazz and blues. At age 15, he was featured as a rising star on WQXR Radio's "Young America Plays".
Stuart has performed throughout the United States. His performance and studio credits include projects with Joe Carbone, Joe Carter, Paula Atherton, Earl Williams, Walter Perkins, James Cammack, and Chasey Dean.
Frank Nostro - drummer
Frank grew up in Ashland, NJ and joined a drum and bugle corps at age six, along with his two older sisters. Although he played bugle (one valve and slide), drums were Frank’s real interest, as he quickly learned the instrument’s rudiments from the drummers in the corps.
Frank continued to study music throughout his years in school, including within the S.U.N.Y system, and privately with master professional drummers Warren Smith, Keith Copeland, and Andre Strobert. For more than 40 years now, Frank has performed drums and percussion in countless shows on the east coast – ranging from playing with original members of the Coasters, Platters, Drifters and Marvelettes -- as well as with many local R+B, jazz and pop cover bands, including Hourglass, in night clubs and private parties.
