Advanced PSAT Prep Course 2021

The Advanced PSAT Prep Camp provides the best option for rising juniors preparing to take the PSAT in Fall 2021. Taught by Carol Raymond, M.Ed., Educational Diagnostician and Director of Assessment & College Advising for E.A. Young Academy,  this unique course is specifically designed for gifted scholars* who are entering their junior year.

Materials created by Knowsys Test Prep are created for students aiming to participate in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Test-taking strategies will be presented specifically for individuals who have strong academic skills but will benefit from honing their test-taking skills with time-saving strategies and test familiarization. Only the most difficult types of questions will be covered during the practice sessions. This is NOT a course for remediation.

The course fee includes:

• Knowsys PSAT Honors Course Workbook
• Knowsys ACT & SAT supplements (includes content on the ACT and/or SAT that is NOT covered on the PSAT)
• The Official SAT Study Guide

Class size is limited. 

*Due to the customized curriculum for advanced scholars, a score at the 95th percentile on the PSAT taken in 9th or 10th grade is recommended to keep pace with the class. The score report is requested at registration to help in the differentiation of assignments during the weeklong course. Dates:

Monday-Friday, June 21-25 from 9-12

• A pre-test will be administered on the morning of June 18th. (It can also be taken at home).
• An additional PSAT practice test will be scheduled on a Saturday at the end of September/beginning of October.
