The AMLS course is the first EMS education program that fully addresses how best to assess and manage the most common medical crises in patients, offering a 'think outside the box' training methodology. The major goals of the AMLS course are to apply criticle thinking skills to integrate pathophysiology with the assessment findings of a medical patient.
