The Advanced Lean Startup Workshops is a two day workshop for large organizations by Tristan Kromer

Do you want to innovate faster? Do you want innovation to be more fun instead of a continuous struggle?  This workshop is built to improve understanding of Lean Startup and the performance of teams. You’ll learn to deal explicitly with different startup needs, goals, and priorities. Get answers to questions like: 

• How do we measure speed and progress?

• How to bring in support, managing stakeholders such as investors and innovation accounting?

Cancellation and Refunds

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration at least one month before the event start date. If you cancel at least two weeks before the start we will refund 50%. There is no refund if you cancel your registration less than two weeks prior to the event start date.

Replacing delegates: this can be done at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel this course if there are insufficient registrations. If this is the case, you will be notified five days before the event start date. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. We will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
