Come join us for a Cardio dance workout to lose up to 600-800 Calories in one hour class. 

You'll tone your Arms, Legs, Abs and entire body in one action packed class with exciting Bollywood and Tollywood music.

Dates : Oct 6th to Dec 15th (10 Weeks, No Class on Nov 24th Thanksgiving Weekend)
Time : Every Friday at 6.30-7.30pm in Studio A 

Instructor : Mamatha Gudimalla , Zumba and BollyX(Bollywood Workout) Certified.

Mamatha Gudimalla has been teaching Indian Dance for past 8 years and started Bollywood fitness from past 5 years.
She is Zumba and BollyX (Bollywood Workout) Certified and Currently teaching as a Zumba instructor at Courtyard every Wed at 6.00pm.
At Mason Community Center, She teaches Bollywood Workout Every Friday at 6.30pm in Studio A for Tarangini Community.
