Come join us for a Cardio dance workout to lose up to 600-800 Calories in one hour class. 

You'll tone your Arms, Legs, Abs and entire body in one action packed class with exciting Bollywood and Tollywood music.

Time : Every Friday at 6.30pm in Studio A

Instructor : Mamatha Gudimalla , Zumba Certified.

Mamatha Gudimalla has been teaching Indian Dance for past 8 years and started Bollywood fitness from past 5 years.
She is Zumba Certified and Currently teaching as regular Zumba instructor at Courtyard every Wed at 6.00pm.
At Mason Community Center, She teaches Every Friday at 6.30pm in Studio A for Tarangini Community.
