- Arrive in Port Augusta between 2-3pm to check into accommodation.
- Gather at 4pm for dinner and conversation.
- Stay in Port Augusta (accommodation at a local caravan park or motel tbc).

Sat 21 June
|
- (8am leave Port Augusta)
- 8.30am Meet at Quorn park
- Drive in convoy to Rawnsley Park, Adnyamathanha Yarta (Flinders Ranges), stopping along the way for Auntie Denise’s storytelling and cultural sharing.
- Lunch at Hawker
- Accommodation at Rawnsley Park Station.
- Dinner and campfire conversation.

Sun 22 June
|
- Sunrise (7.15am) storytelling.
- Spend the day in Ikara (Wilpena Pound) either on self-led walks or sit around a campsite with Auntie Denise.
- Stations of the Cross labyrinth with Aboriginal motif cards.
- Regather at Rawnsley Park for dinner and campfire conversation.

Mon 23 June
|
- Breakfast together and closing time of reflection and conversation.
- Head for home (or perhaps stay on for a holiday!)

Logistics:
Cost – $385 (Event fee incl. food costs, cultural knowledge and admin). To be paid when registering.
Additional Costs will include:
- Fuel - if travelling with someone else, please contribute towards the cost of petrol during the trip. Perhaps allow at least $100 for fuel if sharing the cost with others. Once we’ve organized transport, you can negotiate with those in the car about how you might share the cost of fuel along the way.
- Accommodation cost will depend on what option you choose and whether you share with others. (eg $135/night to $290/night for 2 nights plus Port Augusta option)
Accommodation will be in Port Augusta Friday night (options tbc). Sat and Sun nights at Rawnsley Park Station - There are a mix of cabins available – 1 room (sleeps up to 2 or 4 people) and 2 bedroom (sleeps up to 4 or 6 people); some with an ensuite and some use shared caravan park bathroom block. You can choose, depending on your needs and budget and the group’s requirements.

Meals from Friday dinner through to Monday breakfast are included (except for Saturday breakfast) and we will work in teams of 3-4 people to prepare, serve and clean up each meal.
Transport will be in participants’ cars as all roads are 2WD. We will try to arrange shared transport where possible among participants.
