Sarah is an award-winning Nutritional Therapist, ADHD Advanced Coach, and a specialist with emotional and binge eating. With a neuro-affirmative and evidence-based approach, Sarah supports people who are navigating ADHD, food and mood, helping them build a positive, sustainable relationship with food without falling into diet culture.
Sarah graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2022 and has gone on to develop a unique practice which blends clinical nutrition, neuroscience and compassionate coaching. She is specially trained in nutrigenomics and emotional and binge eating recovery, working with both adults and teens to unravel long-standing patterns around food and self-regulation.
Sarah delivers regular workshops for ADHD UK, Seed Talks, and The Sleep Charity. She partners with leading organisations including ADHD 360. She is also the author of three books on ADHD, nutrition, gut health and emotional eating, eaching offering practical tools complemented by lived experience.
