Humairah Ibriam is the Senior Director of Export Control at Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and has led the Asia Pacific Competence Centre for Export Control since 2017. With over 15 years of experience, she began her career in export control with Singapore Customs' Strategic Goods Control Branch in 2006. Her role includes ensuring compliance with local and international export control laws, providing advisory guidance, training, conducting internal audits across the APAC region, and leading global digitalization initiatives within the export control function.

Nate Bush leads the Asia trade and competition practice of DLA Piper.  He advises clients in internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and compliance involving international trade, antitrust and competition, and corruption and fraud.

Nate was based in Beijing from 2004 through 2012 and has covered Asia from Singapore since 2013.  He serves as a governor of AMCHAM Singapore (2024-), and previously served as Legal Committee Co-Chairman and General Counsel of AMCHAM China. Nate is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Virginia, and he clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema.

Ramesh Moosa is the EY Asean and Singapore Forensic & Integrity Services Leader. He serves clients in forensic investigation, dispute & litigation support, expert witness, digital forensics & eDiscovery, data analytics, compliance, risk and cybersecurity services.

Ramesh started his career as a senior officer in the Singapore Police Force and later worked at a Big 4 Accounting firm for 20 years across offices based in Singapore, US, Hong Kong and mainland China, before joining EY in 2021. He holds an MBA and Engineering degree, CPA, CCI and CFE qualifications and is a fellow at the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He serves on the ISCA Financial Forensic Accounting Oversight Committee is a founding council member of the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP) in Singapore.

Amit Garg is the Head of Products, APAC at SIX – the Exchange Group that operates the Swiss and Spanish Stock Exchanges. Amit has held multiple roles across Client Service, Sales, Business Development, Product and P&L management over the last 20 years and currently represents the voice of Asian customers on the global product and sales teams. Amit is a financial market enthusiast and holds the CAIA Charter along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

Lino Arboleda serves as the Senior Leader for International Trade Compliance in the APAC Region at GE Aerospace. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for overseeing GE Aerospace’s adherence to sanctions and export control laws and regulations, and for helping to shape and deploy the strategic vision for managing the company’s Internal Compliance Program in the region. With over two decades in the field, Lino boasts an extensive background in sanctions, export controls, and customs compliance, and holds a Certified Sanctions Specialist (CSS) certification.

Before coming back to GE, Lino played a pivotal role as the Trade Compliance Governance Lead for APAC at Olympus. He further held significant positions such as the Trade Compliance Manager APAC for Shell Chemicals and a Senior Director role at FTI Consulting in their Export Controls, Sanctions, and Trade Practice.

Early in his profession, Lino lent his expertise in export control and sanctions compliance to GE Businesses across ASEAN, ANZ, and various Asian countries. He played a crucial part in improving and upkeeping GE’s Internal Compliance Programs to ensure strict observance to the relevant regulations. He also bridged communication between the ITC Center of Excellence, various business entities, and the Compliance leadership concerning sanctions and export control challenges in the region.

Lino holds a Master’s in Strategy and Security from the University of New South Wales in Australia and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
