Creating Accessible Multimedia
In this self-paced online course, participants will learn how to evaluate the accessibility of their multimedia content. Specifically, you'll learn:
- Different types of media files and alternate media requirements
- How to determine if you can remediate media content
- Kaltura's role in remediation of media content
- How to create and edit video captions
- How to generate and access transcripts
This course is self-paced, meaning that you will complete the modules and assignments at your own pace. You must complete the course within the month for which you are registered. (i.e. If you register to take the course in March, you must complete the course in the month of March)
The course is hosted in Canvas, and shortly after registration you will receive an invitation to the course. Be sure to accept this invitation.
