Abaris Realty is pleased to present its seventh annual FREE one-day seminar designed to quickly bring Board members up to speed on the basics of community association leadership. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of the standards of care for community association governance, financials, vendor management, law, legal collections, maintenance, insurance, and other topics. Each attendee will leave feeling more confident in his/her position SERVING on a Board of Directors and will learn how to operate more efficiently and effectively in his/her community.
Also in COLLABORATION with the CCOC, Abaris Realty will sponsor the required MONTGOMERY COUNTY BOARD MEMBER EDUCATION CLASS from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the morning of the event.
