During this pre-release tasting, Dr. Jonci will share some of her recent healthy creations.  Discover ways of eating healthy while still indulging your tastebuds.  Learn how to create comfort foods that will make your mouth water, nourish your body, and feed your soul. 

 

The tasting menu will include three entrees/snacks, one dessert, and one drink.  Plus plenty of discussion about plant-based protein, sources of calcium, limiting sugar, tempting gluten-free options, maximizing superfoods, and so many other inspiring tips about loving food... just a little bit smarter.

 

The event will be hosted at the home of Danny Rauch and Kimberly Lee.  Kimberly will be working with Dr. Jonci to produce A Smarter Vegan Tasting Series across the country this summer.  This early release event has limited seating, by invite only.  Our dearest friends are invited for an evening of delicious plant-based foods, interesting information, and heart-warming conversation. 

 

Parking is extremely limited in the area.  Carpooling or ride sharing is strongly recommended.
