André Fufuca nasceu em Santa Inês, município do Maranhão, no dia 27 de agosto de 1989. Médico de formação, entrou para a política em 2010, ano em que foi eleito deputado estadual aos 21 anos – o deputado mais jovem do país à época. Em 2014, Fufuca elegeu-se deputado federal pela primeira vez e, naquele mesmo mandato, foi eleito segundo-vice-presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, ocasião em que presidiu a Casa por duas vezes. Na eleição à Mesa Diretora seguinte, foi conduzido, por votação, ao cargo de Quarto-Secretário, destacando-se por uma gestão caracterizada pelo diálogo e responsabilidade. Em 2022, foi reeleito para seu terceiro mandato como Deputado Federal e, pela segunda vez, eleito Líder do Progressistas, um dos maiores partidos da Câmara. Convidado pelo presidente Lula para assumir o Ministério do Esporte, André Fufuca foi empossado no cargo aos 34 anos, em 13 de setembro de 2023, com o compromisso de trabalhar para democratizar a prática esportiva no País. // André Fufuca was born in Santa Inês, a city in Maranhão, on August 27, 1989. A doctor by training, he entered politics in 2010, the year he was elected state deputy at the age of 21 – the youngest deputy in the country at the time. In 2014, Fufuca was elected federal deputy for the first time and, during that same term, he was elected second vice-president of the Chamber of Deputies, when he presided over the House twice. In the following election to the Board of Directors, he was elected, by vote, to the position of Fourth Secretary, standing out for a management characterised by dialogue and responsibility. In 2022, he was reelected for his third term as Federal Deputy and, for the second time, was elected Leader of the Progressives, one of the largest parties in the Chamber. Invited by President Lula to take over the Ministry of Sports, André Fufuca was sworn into office at the age of 34, on September 13, 2023, with the commitment to work to democratise the practice of sports in the country.

Com mais de 20 anos de experiência, atuou em segurança pública e cooperação internacional, incluindo como Policial Criminal na OIPC-Interpol. Desde 2015, especializa-se em integridade esportiva e prevenção de manipulação de resultados. Foi Diretor de Desenvolvimento de Negócios e Integridade Esportiva na Sportradar AG (2016-2019) e ocupou cargos como Procurador no STJD e Auditor no TJD-AD. Atualmente, é Chefe de Integridade LATAM na Genius Sports. // Tiago Horta Barbosa holds bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Law, a postgraduate degree in Management and Sports Law (FIFA/CIES/UCA), and a Master’s in Sports Law (ISDE Madrid). Rafael tem mais de 20 anos de experiência na área jurídica, trabalhando para um escritório de advocacia brasileira líder de mercado antes de se juntar ao Rei do Pitaco, no qual é atualmente Diretor Jurídico, onde é responsável pelas áreas jurídicas, regulatórias e de conformidade. Daiane dos Santos é Campeã Mundial de Ginástica Artística, bicampeã da Final da Copa do Mundo do esporte, multi-campeã da Copa do Mundo, finalista de dois e participante de quatro Olimpíadas, sendo uma referência mundial em Ginástica Artística e no esporte. Atuou na Diretoria de Auditoria Forense do Tribunal de Contas da República, onde foi responsável por investigar evidências de crimes contra os bens do Estado. Também foi Diretor Geral de Anticorrupção no Ministério da Fazenda, onde liderou esforços para esclarecer crimes e irregularidades administrativas cometidos por funcionários, e implementou políticas e regulamentos sobre transparência, integridade e anticorrupção. Atualmente, ele é o Consultor Nacional de Anticorrupção para o Anti-Corruption Hub para a América do Sul e México do Escritório das Nações Unidas sobre Drogas e Crime (UNODC), apoiando a implementação da Convenção das Nações Unidas contra a Corrupção (UNCAC) na região. Além disso, ele é o ponto focal para o Paraguai no Escritório da UNODC para a Região Andina e o Cone Sul. // Juan Martín Ortiz, a Paraguayan national, is a lawyer and notary with a Master’s in Economic Criminal Law and Administrative Law. He is an expert in criminal law, illicit investigations, transparency, integrity, and compliance. His professional experience includes working on anti-corruption projects in the public sector in Paraguay. He has worked in the Forensic Audit Directorate of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, where he was responsible for delving into evidence of criminal offenses against state assets. He also served as the Director General of Anti-Corruption at the Ministry of Finance, where he led efforts to clarify criminal offenses and administrative misconduct committed by officials, and implemented policies and regulations on transparency, integrity, and anti-corruption. He currently serves as the National Anti-Corruption Advisor for the Anti-Corruption Hub for South America and Mexico of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), supporting the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) in the region. Additionally, he is the focal point for Paraguay for the UNODC Office for the Andean Region and the Southern Cone.

Com vasta experiência como Gerente de Exceção para Uso Terapêutico (TUE), Ângela desempenha um papel crucial no apoio a atletas e para-atletas brasileiros, garantindo que possam receber os tratamentos médicos necessários enquanto cumprem os princípios de jogo limpo. Além de seu trabalho com TUEs, ela também atuou com Testes e Investigações por dois anos, aprimorando a eficácia da integridade antidoping. Ângela também está profundamente envolvida como educadora em Antidoping, defendendo com paixão o Esporte Limpo e conscientizando sobre a importância do Antidoping na comunidade esportiva. // Angelica works at the Brazilian NADO - ABCD within the Brazilian Sports Ministry since 2019. With extensive experience as a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) Manager, Angelica plays a pivotal role in supporting Brazilian athletes and para-athletes, ensuring they can receive the necessary medical treatments while adhering to fair play principles.
