You will fully participate in the 9-day retreat program live online. You need to commit to the entire program as if you were there in person. You will follow the 9-day retreat schedule live online which will include: three, 2 hour meditations per day; small group meetings (you will be assigned to an online small group); evening revelations with Sat Shree, and the final completion. There will be a small group facilitator and mentor for each region
Remote silent retreats last for nine days and require particpation for all nine days. The schedule of daily activities includes several periods of silent sittings, teachings and small group inquiry.
