Join us for a Mom Walk in Highland Park, sponsored by Amara Organic Foods, followed by a book reading with Eva Lin Douglass, local mom and author of the children's book The Light In You!
WALK EVENT DETAILS:
We will meet at the water fountain at the park entrance at 9:30 am (Highland Park – Reservoir Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206). Once everyone has arrived and checked-in, we will then head out along the Reservoir Drive, looping back to the fountain. Total Distance of 1.5 miles.
STORY TIME:
Stick around after the walk for a story time with Eva Lin Douglass, author of "The Light In You" children's book. We’ll sing some songs, do a little kids meditation, followed by a reading of @thelightinyoubook and an author signing!
BOOK PRE-ORDER:
Pre-order a copy of "The Light In You" for your little one and receive it in person at the walk. Eva Lin Douglass will personally sign and dedicate each book after the reading.

PARKING:
Free Parking is available within the Park along Reservoir Drive and on the surrounding streets.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring your kiddos, strollers, water and sunscreen, and get ready to grow your village, meeting other local mamas and their families.
REGISTRATION:
Our walks are always free for everyone. However, we ask that you register for this event to confirm your attendance and allow event organizers to notify you of any changes. Please register only for yourself (do not include your children in the number of attendees, unless specified for specific events).
Walks, events, and our community are open to all moms: moms-to-be, bonus moms, newborn moms, toddler moms, big kid moms, and more. Everyone is always welcome!
