Hi Mamas!
We will be joining Trinity Life Chiropractic for their monthly women's event this month! Trinity Life hosts a monthly event called Her Haven, and it is a monthly gathering for women to create space for connection, support, and community. We will meet up at the Trinity Life Chiropractic office in Downtown Allen for coffee and community building. Dr. Joanna will be leading the group in an intentional wellness chat relevant to women and motherhood. Then, we will take a walk through Downtown Allen to the Allen Train Depot, home of the Ebenezer Allen #20, a fully restored steam locomotive.
